Kwa Décor Lifestyle (Pty) Ltd is implementing a network of franchised licenced applicators across the country. Through the use of technology developed by the company, and with a solid backup and training infrastructure, we to offer a sound business opportunity, through training entrepreneurs in the application of our cementitious wall and floor coverings.
Training
Our goal is to establish a network of profitable franchisees. To achieve this,
our franchisees are adequately equipped with
both the knowledge and hands on expertise required to effectively and efficiently
apply the DecorStone cementitious flooring range and DecorTex cementitious
wall coating products, through intensive initial
training, ongoing training and updates, as well as on site technical
assistance when required.
Technical Support
Kwa Décor has industrial chemists who have years of experience are highly respected in industry. They will be available to assist with all technical queries, and will be also be available to give guidance and assist with large projects, specialized formulations, etc at a negotiated rate.

Licenced Applicator
Kwa Decor is offering a Licenced Applicator franchise for the
application of our cementatious wall coverings and cementitious
flooring products, an increasingly popular range of products for all
segments of the market (residential, commercial and industrial). Our
flooring products are not sold through retail outlets, and can only be applied by
our franchisees. This ensures the integrity of the product range, and
offers our franchisees a lucrative business opportunity in the fast growing cementitious flooring field.
The Products
Cementitious Floor Overlays
Cementatious floor overlays are becoming increasingly popular as an alternative to traditional floor coverings, reasons being:-
